We are accepting proposals for individual papers and artist presentations (15 minutes each) or pre-formed group panel and/or round table discussions (45 minutes total). Submissions should focus on ideas and processes related to teaching or learning book art online. How has the lockdown experience changed the way you think about teaching and learning book art? How has technology affected book art education overall? What tips and tricks would you like to share with others, or want to see implemented in the virtual experience?
Proposals should be limited to 250 words. (pre-formed panels may include a 250 word abstract from each presenter). All proposals will be peer reviewed according to the clarity of intent, innovation or creativity of content, and whether it would appeal to our CBAA membership. Proposals that address issues of diversity and/or interdisciplinary qualities are encouraged.
